Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior HR Business Partner, the remote role will manage HR initiatives across performance management, employee relations, organizational design, and talent development while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals and coaching on performance and team effectiveness
- Lead talent reviews and succession planning efforts, partnering with leadership to create career development and retention strategies
- Manage complex employee relations matters and oversee performance management processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including supporting senior leaders
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and organizational design
- Proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all organizational levels
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive business decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; HR certification is a plus
