Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will manage day-to-day HR operations for the largest division, overseeing HR Partners, handling employee relations, and ensuring consistent HR delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop two HR Partners, focusing on performance management and operational quality metrics
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and documentation for senior leadership review
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to address operational challenges and escalate high-risk matters as needed
Required qualifications:
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience with expertise in employee relations and operational HR delivery
  • Proven experience leading and developing HR professionals while enforcing standards
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state employment law and compliance regulations
  • Experience supporting remote workforces, preferably in healthcare or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
