Job Summary

Supporting a growing team, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will manage employee relations, leave of absence processes, and compliance while providing hands-on support to leaders across various functions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Coach and support directors and senior managers on people challenges, team dynamics, and performance concerns
  • Own employee relations processes, including intaking concerns, investigating, and resolving cases with care and legal awareness
  • Administer leave of absence cases and manage benefits administration, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of HR/HRBP experience, particularly as a business partner to senior leaders in a high-growth environment
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations cases from intake through resolution with sound judgment
  • Experience with leave of absence administration and knowledge of FMLA and state leave requirements
  • Hands-on experience with benefits programs, including open enrollment and vendor relationships
  • Strong understanding of US employment law and experience writing HR policies and employee handbooks
