Job Summary
Supporting HR initiatives and employee relations, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees while operating remotely within the Central Time Zone.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for HR policies and procedures, assisting managers and employees with inquiries and concerns
- Support talent processes such as recruiting, onboarding, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with HR policies
- Compile and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and identify workforce trends
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Three to five years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner support
- Experience in employee relations and performance management within a regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Professional certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred
