Job Summary
Supporting Zillow's fast-growing Rentals organization, the full-time remote Senior HR Business Partner will manage relationships with business leaders and provide strategic HR support, focusing on performance management, organizational development, and scalable HR programs.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for leaders across the Rentals organization, fostering effective working relationships
- Design and implement strategic HR programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and drive business outcomes
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, performance management, and compliance, while managing complex organizational changes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 5-8 years of experience in HR, ideally as an HR Business Partner in large, dynamic organizations
- Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and experience with HR projects and programs
- Proficient in HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and digital tools like Google Workspace
- Demonstrated ability in employee relations, change management, and coaching managers
