Job Summary
Providing strategic HR leadership, the full-time remote Senior HR Business Partner will support US & Global Operations teams by delivering HR programs, driving talent management, and overseeing employee relations processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver HR programs and services to achieve key business objectives for US & Global Operations
- Develop and implement HR strategies that address organization design, development, and change leadership
- Partner with Talent teams to attract, develop, and retain high-quality talent aligned with corporate strategy
Required qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, or a related discipline, preferably in the biotech/pharma industry
- Experience in developing HR plans and strategies for US & Global Operations
- Strong background in talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement
- Proven expertise in managing culture and change management initiatives
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to all organizational levels
