Job Summary

Stepping into an established HRBP role, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will provide maternity leave coverage for approximately 4 months, partnering with leaders and employees to maintain effective employee relations, performance management, and people practices in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters and coach managers through performance management processes
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on people-related risks and help operationalize organizational changes
  • Support ongoing performance management processes and maintain compliance with employment laws
Required qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner role
  • Deep experience in employee relations, performance management, and manager coaching
  • Ability to ramp up quickly in a new environment and deliver results with minimal onboarding time
  • Strong business judgment and understanding of context in complex environments
  • Comfort operating in a remote-first, fast-paced, and evolving environment
