Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, focusing on talent management, organizational transformation, and change management while working remotely within a 1-2 hour commute of New Berlin, NY.
Key responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships across the enterprise to enhance HR's role as a trusted advisor
- Support key talent programs aligned with business strategy, including performance management and DEI initiatives
- Utilize data and technology to identify trends and make data-driven talent recommendations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 5-7 years of HR Business Partner experience
- HR certification preferred
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
