Job Summary

Collaborating with a close-knit team, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will provide strategic guidance and support in global talent management, employee relations, and organizational development while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Providing ongoing HR support, coaching, and guidance for employee relations, talent review, and performance management
  • Operating as a thought partner to managers, influencing decision-making and improving relationships to enhance productivity and retention
  • Conducting talent reviews and collaborating with HR teams to implement solutions that address changing business and talent needs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and 5+ years of HR experience
  • 5+ years of experience in employee relations and managing complex HR issues in a global context
  • Strong understanding of international labor laws and experience navigating employee relations across different countries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence a diverse, global workforce
  • Strategic acumen to creatively solve complex business challenges and manage sensitive employee relations cases
