Job Summary

To build a culture that is thoughtful and patient-centric, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will partner with the VP of Operations to design organizational structures, enhance employee relations, and implement performance systems within a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and scale a high-performing culture for customer support teams
  • Define roles, career paths, and job architectures while ensuring alignment with cultural values
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, navigating complex situations with empathy
Required qualifications
  • 8-12 years of experience in People Operations, HRBP, Talent, or similar roles
  • Experience supporting frontline, customer service, or clinical support teams
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and build effective organizational structures
  • Experience in healthcare or tech-enabled services is a plus
  • Comfortable handling employee conversations and performance management systems
