Job Summary
Serving as a strategic advisor to the CRO and CMO, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will navigate complex global HR challenges, focusing on talent assessment, organizational design, and performance management while driving transformation initiatives across the commercial organization.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor on people matters, org design, and team dynamics to support business transformation
- Conduct objective talent assessments and build succession pipelines for key leadership roles within the commercial organization
- Lead recruitment efforts as a talent advisor, ensuring high-quality hiring practices and addressing potential hiring risks
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on commercial organizations
- Proven track record in talent assessment and managing the full performance cycle
- Experience supporting leaders in sales or revenue-generating functions across international markets
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred
- Located in Eastern or Central time zone
