Job Summary
Serving as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor, the full-time remote Senior HR Business Partner will align people strategies with business objectives, optimize organizational effectiveness, and provide insights into sales compensation architecture to drive performance within the Sales and Marketing divisions.
Key responsibilities
- Build credibility with senior leaders, offering proactive perspectives on people strategies and connecting talent decisions to commercial outcomes
- Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and optimize sales compensation plans, ensuring they drive desired behaviors and retain top talent
- Guide teams through complex changes and transitions, anticipating risks and helping leaders communicate effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, particularly as an HRBP in fast-paced, high-growth commercial organizations
- Experience with sales compensation plans and quota-alignment strategies is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior executives
- Proven experience in managing complex issues with a tailored, creative approach to resolution
