Job Summary
To support the IT team, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will drive organizational development, workforce planning, and compensation management while partnering closely with senior leadership to align HR practices with business objectives in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage organizational design initiatives, optimizing team structures for operational efficiency
- Oversee the HR budgeting process and monitor budget execution in alignment with organizational objectives
- Develop and administer employee retention programs to enhance engagement and satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner in the IT sector
- Experience in budgeting, financial control, and HR analytics
- Demonstrated proficiency in understanding IT professional competencies and skills
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
- Fluent in Russian and English
