Job Summary

Supporting a growing remote-first organization, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will manage employee relations, performance management, and scalable people practices while collaborating with leaders and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters and coach managers through performance management and difficult conversations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on people-related risks and partner with the Head of People to translate company strategy into effective people practices
  • Support performance management processes and help build and refine People processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws and alignment with company values
Required qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in an HR Business Partner role in high-growth or complex environments
  • Strong business judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity while guiding leaders through difficult trade-offs
  • Deep experience in employee relations, performance management, and manager coaching
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of discretion
