Job Summary
Serving as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders, the full-time salaried Senior HR Business Partner will align business and people strategies, implement global HR programs, and provide data-driven guidance on organizational effectiveness in a North American remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Align business strategy with people strategy to enhance the employee experience across North America
- Build partnerships with senior leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to execute core HR programs and initiatives
- Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and employee relations matters
Required qualifications
- Approximately 10 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on partnering with senior business leaders
- Experience supporting complex business functions such as Product, Technology, or Strategy
- Advanced proficiency in HR analytics, including Excel and Power BI
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
- Experience implementing enterprise HR programs in a global environment
