Senior HR Business Partner

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will partner with people managers, build and deploy manager training programs, and steward goal-setting processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for people managers, facilitating goal setting, reviews, and engagement initiatives
• Own the annual training calendar and content for manager training, including first-time manager training and AI curriculum deployment
• Audit and enhance goal quality, developing tools to promote effective self-management of goals across teams

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including direct HR business partner and manager coaching roles
• Proven ability to influence without authority and build trust with leaders
• Experience in navigating employee relations and organizational design
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering simple, direct solutions
• Critical thinking ability to manage ambiguity and structure complex problems effectively
