Senior HR Business Partner

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will manage day-to-day HR operations, lead a team of HR Partners, and focus on employee relations, performance management, and policy application in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop two HR Partners while managing performance, workload allocation, and operational quality metrics
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex employee relations issues, ensuring consistent case handling and documentation
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners, providing concise briefs and escalating high-risk matters for assessment and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly in employee relations and operational HR delivery
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring HR professionals, with a focus on improving operational quality
• Strong knowledge of multi-state employment law and related regulations
• Experience in supporting remote workforces, preferably in healthcare operations or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications preferred
