Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior HR Business Partner, the successful candidate will immerse themselves in the business to develop and implement talent and workforce strategies that drive organizational impact while rethinking how work is done in an AI-enabled environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to translate business goals into actionable talent strategies and organizational designs
• Redesign workflows and operating models to address inefficiencies and align with future organizational needs
• Lead performance management cycles and support workforce planning to anticipate hiring needs and close skill gaps

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in talent strategy or organizational effectiveness
• Proven track record in leading large-scale organizational or technology transformations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people analytics and operational metrics
• Experience in coaching and building partnerships with business leaders beyond HR
• Understanding of AI's impact on talent and organization design, with a passion for continuous learning and upskilling
