Senior HR Business Partner
Job Summary
To drive business performance across multiple units, the full-time remote Senior HR Business Partner will partner with leadership to align people strategy with organizational goals, manage workforce planning, and deliver integrated HR solutions tailored to business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, diagnosing workforce challenges and delivering targeted HR solutions
- Own workforce planning for assigned client groups, including headcount strategy and capacity planning
- Lead organizational design efforts and drive talent management programs aligned to business needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience in HRBP or strategic HR roles
- Experience supporting SaaS sales organizations or multiple business units simultaneously
- Demonstrated ownership of workforce planning and organizational strategy
- HR certification (SPHR, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred
