Senior HR Business Partner

Job Summary

To support a growing business unit, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will execute talent and workforce strategies, partner with leadership on employee relations and performance management, and implement data-driven HR solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and directors, providing guidance on HR policies and compliance while mitigating business risk
• Analyze workforce trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable HR solutions aligned with business objectives
• Partner with organizational stakeholders to resolve complex employee issues and drive effective decision-making across the business

Required qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. from an accredited university or 6+ years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 10 years of professional work experience
• Previous HR or role-related experience required
• 5+ years of business-facing HR or related experience preferred
• Experience supporting multiple business functions and partnering with Centers of Excellence (COEs)
