Senior HR Business Partner

Job Summary

As a strategic partner, the full-time remote Senior HR Business Partner will design and implement systems to enhance a high-performance culture, support leadership in navigating change, and manage sensitive people situations while evolving the HR function in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with leadership to identify decision-making processes and judgment gaps
• Develop and execute strategies for internal communications and performance management systems
• Own and enhance accountability frameworks to support managers in high-change conditions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in fast-paced, high-growth environments, preferably in SaaS or Fintech
• Proven experience in coaching managers through ambiguous, high-stakes situations
• Track record of designing and implementing HR programs or systems from the ground up
• Strong business acumen with fluency in financials and organizational priorities
• Experience navigating sensitive employee situations with sound judgment
