Job Summary
Serving as a strategic HR partner for the Customer Experience organization, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will align people strategies with business priorities, support leaders across various customer-facing teams, and drive organizational effectiveness in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Align people strategies with business goals while serving as the primary HR partner to Customer Experience leaders
- Lead organizational design and change management initiatives to enhance scalability and effectiveness
- Manage annual talent processes and coach leaders on performance management and employee engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner
- Experience supporting senior leaders in Customer Experience or similar customer-facing organizations
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies to organizational outcomes
