Senior HR Business Partner
Job Summary
Serving as a strategic leader, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will partner with business leadership to align people strategy with organizational goals, drive business performance across multiple units, and ensure effective workforce planning in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategy with organizational priorities and business goals
- Own workforce planning for assigned client groups, including headcount strategy and capacity planning
- Lead organizational design efforts and drive talent management programs to enhance performance and retention
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience in HRBP or strategic HR roles
- Experience supporting SaaS sales organizations or multiple business units simultaneously
- Demonstrated ownership of workforce planning and organizational strategy
- HR certification (SPHR, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred
