Senior HR Business Partner
Job Summary
To support the next phase of growth, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will partner with leaders to translate business priorities into people plans, coach managers on team performance, and enhance the employee lifecycle in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to develop people plans, organization design, and team-health actions
- Coach managers on performance expectations, feedback delivery, and team building
- Own and improve the employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and performance management
Required qualifications
- Significant HRBP or People leadership experience in a high-growth startup environment, preferably in technology or AI
- Experience in building and scaling people programs, including performance management and employee engagement
- Strong business judgment with the ability to align people work with company priorities
- Proven ability to earn credibility with executives and managers
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance fundamentals
