Job Summary

A healthtech company is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement company-wide people programs and policies, advising and coaching
  • Review and analyze data related to onboarding, engagement, compensation, and turnover to provide valuable insights to managers
  • Support org development and change management, collaborating with leaders on team structure, candidate profiles, and communication plans
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of HR experience with 4+ years as an HR Business Partner
  • Knowledge of HR concepts, policies, and labor laws
  • Strong coaching skills and ability to ask the right questions
  • Proficient in using Google Sheets for data analysis
  • Exceptional relationship building skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
