Job Summary
A healthtech company is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement company-wide people programs and policies, advising and coaching
- Review and analyze data related to onboarding, engagement, compensation, and turnover to provide valuable insights to managers
- Support org development and change management, collaborating with leaders on team structure, candidate profiles, and communication plans
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of HR experience with 4+ years as an HR Business Partner
- Knowledge of HR concepts, policies, and labor laws
- Strong coaching skills and ability to ask the right questions
- Proficient in using Google Sheets for data analysis
- Exceptional relationship building skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
