Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner for their Home Health division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead assignments of complex HR issues and contribute to advancing culture and business strategy
• Collaborate with HR domain areas and process centers to support the delivery of HR processes
• Build strong business relationships with leaders to execute HR initiatives and close human capital gaps

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years' progressive and strategic HR experience within multiple HR disciplines
• Experience influencing Senior and Executive leaders and consulting on business and human capital strategy
• Knowledge of organizational development and strong business acumen
• Track record of identifying and closing strategic human performance gaps
