Senior HR Business Partner Consultant
Job Summary
To serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, the remote Senior HR Business Partner Consultant will align workforce strategies with business priorities, enhance leadership capabilities, and improve organizational performance on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to align people strategies and workforce plans with business objectives
- Provide strategic HR consultation across the employee lifecycle, including performance management and employee relations
- Coach leaders on leadership effectiveness, accountability, and change management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Eight or more years of progressive human resources experience
- At least two years of HR generalist experience
- Experience supporting at least two HR functional areas such as talent acquisition or performance management
- Strong experience advising leaders on performance management and workplace concerns
