Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze positions and reclassification requests to ensure appropriate job classification and FLSA exemption status
  • Manage compensation processes for base pay offerings, incentive pay structures, title grade structure, and annual merit increases
  • Create, update, and maintain internal job descriptions and job codes in the organization's job library and HRIS database
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's level degree from an accredited college
  • CCP Certification preferred
  • 5 years of experience in Compensation and/or Human Resources with exhibited compensation knowledge and skills
  • Working knowledge of Wage and Hour laws, FLSA, and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission regulations
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
