Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HR Compensation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze positions and reclassification requests to ensure appropriate job classification and FLSA exemption status
- Manage compensation processes for base pay offerings, incentive pay structures, title grade structure, and annual merit increases
- Create, update, and maintain internal job descriptions and job codes in the organization's job library and HRIS database
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's level degree from an accredited college
- CCP Certification preferred
- 5 years of experience in Compensation and/or Human Resources with exhibited compensation knowledge and skills
- Working knowledge of Wage and Hour laws, FLSA, and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission regulations
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
