Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor HR programs and processes for compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Develop and enhance HR compliance communications and training initiatives
• Provide advisory guidance on complex HR compliance questions and oversee audit responses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of progressive experience in HR compliance or regulatory oversight
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Proven experience in a compliance environment with independent judgment
• Preferred experience in healthcare or highly regulated industries
