Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Onboarding Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the HR Compliance Specialist team, managing hiring, training, and performance
  • Oversee onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with employment regulations
  • Evaluate and enhance onboarding processes for efficiency and engagement
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in HR or talent acquisition, with 3+ years in HR compliance or onboarding
  • 5+ years in a leadership role with direct team management experience
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and compliance (e.g., I-9, E-Verify)
  • BS/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Preferred HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP)
