Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Consultant (Virtual - US).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned to business priorities and organizational goals
• Partner with senior HR and operation leaders to shape workforce, talent, and organizational strategies
• Lead talent policy design and governance to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines
• Experience leading organizational development initiatives, including change management
• Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms for workforce planning and analytics
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Proven leadership capability to manage and develop HR teams
