Senior HR Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant, Client HR Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the client group by responding to HR-related questions in a timely manner
• Assist in managing the full employee life cycle policies and processes, providing best practices across various HR functions
• Manage and track leaves of absence and create client HR trainings

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2-4 years of experience in a dedicated HR generalist role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources management or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with multiple Payroll/HRIS systems
• Proven ability to work effectively with individuals at varying levels within an organization
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
