Senior HR Consultant

Job Summary

Providing first-line HR support for Life Sciences employees, the full-time Senior HR Consultant will advise and mentor managers on HR policies, lead employee relations casework, and partner with local HR stakeholders remotely with monthly onsite requirements in Budapest.

Key responsibilities

• Offer expert advice on HR matters and ensure compliance with local legislation and company policies
• Manage employee relations casework, ensuring fair and consistent handling of HR issues
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities while maintaining HR data and reporting

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a complex international HR environment
• Strong understanding of international employment practices and compliance
• Proficiency in HR administration and employee lifecycle management
• Fluency in English and Hungarian, with excellent communication skills in both languages
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
