Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Coordinator to provide foundational support to HR and Colleague Experience functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support one of the largest non-exempt business units by addressing HR-related questions and scheduling needs
  • Manage internal FMLA processes and provide administrative support for HR initiatives
  • Maintain HR documentation and update company intranet to ensure accurate and user-friendly information
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of HR, people operations, or administrative support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS platforms is a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
