Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HR Coordinator to manage operational aspects of the People team.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end onboarding for new hires, ensuring all necessary preparations are completed before their start date
- Maintain and audit HR data accuracy, including employee records and compensation data, while managing day-to-day benefits administration
- Generate quarterly reports on headcount and turnover, and partner with Talent Acquisition on interview scheduling and onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a lean HR function for small to medium-sized organizations
- High fluency in HRIS and performance management tools, with the ability to automate tasks and generate reports
- Proven ability to identify and propose solutions for friction in the employee lifecycle
- Functional literacy in employment laws and ability to identify legal risks
- Experience managing HR functions during rapid organizational changes
