Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Coordinator to manage operational aspects of the People team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end onboarding for new hires, ensuring all necessary preparations are completed before their start date
  • Maintain and audit HR data accuracy, including employee records and compensation data, while managing day-to-day benefits administration
  • Generate quarterly reports on headcount and turnover, and partner with Talent Acquisition on interview scheduling and onboarding processes


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a lean HR function for small to medium-sized organizations
  • High fluency in HRIS and performance management tools, with the ability to automate tasks and generate reports
  • Proven ability to identify and propose solutions for friction in the employee lifecycle
  • Functional literacy in employment laws and ability to identify legal risks
  • Experience managing HR functions during rapid organizational changes
