Job Summary

To support a growing HR team, the remote Senior HR Coordinator will manage new hire onboarding, assist with talent acquisition processes, and provide overall administrative support, ensuring a seamless employee experience in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage new hire onboarding processes, including orientation coordination and maintaining new hire trackers
  • Support Talent Acquisition by posting jobs, confirming position details, and ensuring compliance in job descriptions
  • Assist with the preparation of offer letters and manage external job postings and pre-employment processes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience required
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and previous experience with BambooHR and ADP preferred
