Key Responsibilities

• Lead the production and maintenance of key HR reports, ensuring accuracy and punctuality
• Develop, audit, and enhance interactive dashboards that translate complex people data into user-friendly visualizations
• Create professional presentations and summaries that distill large datasets into clear insights for leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Human Resources, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in People Analytics or HR operations roles
• Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot for automation and analysis
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Experience building dashboards in Looker and Workday Discovery Boards
