Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and analyze data related to workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, hiring, compensation, and performance
  • Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Qlik Cloud, or Visier
  • Partner with HR teams to gather requirements and deliver ad-hoc and recurring analytics that support business needs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR or analytics-related role
  • 3-5 years of experience with HR systems such as Workday, applicant tracking systems, or learning management systems preferred
  • Experience managing sensitive or confidential data with discretion
  • Exposure to statistical tools or coding languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python) is a plus
