Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HR Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and analyze data related to workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, hiring, compensation, and performance
- Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Qlik Cloud, or Visier
- Partner with HR teams to gather requirements and deliver ad-hoc and recurring analytics that support business needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR or analytics-related role
- 3-5 years of experience with HR systems such as Workday, applicant tracking systems, or learning management systems preferred
- Experience managing sensitive or confidential data with discretion
- Exposure to statistical tools or coding languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python) is a plus
