Senior HR Data Analyst

Job Summary

Transforming complex HR data into actionable insights, the full-time remote Senior HR Data Analyst will analyze datasets, develop automated dashboards, and support strategic workforce decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze HR datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights for workforce decisions
• Translate complex data findings into clear recommendations for HR and business leaders
• Design and maintain automated Power BI dashboards to deliver impactful insights for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business, I/O Psychology, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in HR Analytics, workforce analytics, or HRIS reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard design
• Strong competency in SQL and Excel for data extraction and analysis
• Exceptional understanding of HR data structures and data validation techniques
