Senior HR Data Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior HR Data Analyst will independently support high-level measurement and reporting needs for patient care quality and efficiency initiatives, utilizing analytics and statistical methods to manage data integrity and facilitate process improvements.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop specifications to meet analytic and reporting needs by collaborating with customers across the hospital
• Manage and validate data sets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data elements
• Perform advanced data mining and modeling by integrating multiple data sources from various systems

Required qualifications:

• Three or more years of experience as a data analyst or business analyst, preferably in Oracle HCM
• Experience with relational databases and HR/Payroll business process management technologies
• Proficiency in report writing tools such as Crystal, BI, SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft applications
• Knowledge of HRMS components and application modules
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
