Senior HR Data Analyst
Job Summary
Transforming raw HR data into actionable insights, the full-time Senior HR Data Analyst will support strategic decision-making and optimize workforce performance while working remotely with occasional travel to the Florence, KY campus.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and maintain HR data from multiple systems, including HRIS and payroll
- Develop and manage dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key workforce metrics
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to support HR and business decisions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in HR data analysis or business intelligence, focusing on HR data
- Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) for predictive modeling
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, MS Excel)
- Advanced SQL Database skills for data extraction and analysis
