Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HR Data & Analytics Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop analytics solutions that are scalable, repeatable, and effective
- Evaluate human capital data sources and resolve complex data issues
- Perform statistical analysis of workforce data and provide recommendations for future analytics
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
- 5+ years' experience as a data analyst in data warehouse and Business Intelligence projects
- Experience with major data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau
- Knowledge of Data Warehouse methodologies, ETL, and data pipelines
- 4+ years of experience working with Federal human capital data and systems
