Senior HR Data Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior HR Data Engineer will support a large financial services client by developing SQL queries, modernizing HR data systems, and implementing data structures for analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and database objects across SQL Server and Oracle environments
• Support HR data replication and modernization, translating legacy logic into Oracle HCM-driven solutions
• Design and implement data structures, transformations, and pipelines for analytics and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Advanced SQL expertise, including complex joins, window functions, and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with both SQL Server and Oracle SQL
• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and its data structures
• Proficiency with Oracle Analytics tools such as BI Publisher and BICC
• Experience working with legacy HR systems and data modernization efforts
