Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic partnership, advice, and coaching to drive employee engagement and organizational health
Partner with Talent Development for initiatives like onboarding, performance management, and career development
Use people analytics data to inform critical decisions and programs

Qualifications/Experience:

7+ years of HR Business Partner or related experience in a high-growth Saas or internet-focused company
Experience in a video streaming business is a plus
Understanding of global HR legal compliance requirements and HR programs
Experience managing others and creating a high-performing team
Strong skill set in influencing, negotiating, decision making, and resilience
