Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strong data fluency with the ability to interpret dashboards and translate data into actionable recommendations
• Experience with AI tools applied to HR workflows
• Deep knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
