Senior HR Director

Job Summary

Leading HR strategy for the Americas, the full-time remote Senior HR Director will manage global HR collaboration, oversee regional HR operations, and provide strategic partnership to the Customer Success and Corporate Functions organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional HR leaders to ensure alignment of global HR strategies and best practices
• Direct and mentor a multi-disciplinary HR team, ensuring legal compliance and cultural health across the US and Brazil
• Provide high-level HRBP support to the Customer Success organization, advising on organizational design and talent management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or Finance (Master's/MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with expertise in leading HRBP teams and HR operations
• Proven track record in managing HR for the Americas
• Exceptional ability to collaborate across different time zones and functional departments
• Deep familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow
