Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide HR and people strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Design and oversee talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, and leadership development frameworks
- Shape organizational culture, engagement, and DEIB initiatives to support innovation and retention
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 15+ years in HR with progression to senior leadership roles (CHRO, CPO, SVP/VP of HR) in mid-to-large organizations
- Proven track record of driving organizational transformation and people strategy that contributes to business outcomes
- Experience across a range of sectors such as tech, professional services, healthcare, and financial services
- Strong executive presence with the ability to partner with CEOs and Boards
- Demonstrated leadership in building human-centric, AI-enabled workplaces and leveraging modern workforce models
