Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide HR and people strategies aligned with overall business objectives
• Design and oversee talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, and leadership development frameworks
• Shape organizational culture, engagement, and DEIB initiatives to support innovation and retention

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 15+ years in HR with progression to senior leadership roles (CHRO, CPO, SVP/VP of HR) in mid-to-large organizations
• Proven track record of driving organizational transformation and people strategy that contributes to business outcomes
• Experience across a range of sectors such as tech, professional services, healthcare, and financial services
• Strong executive presence with the ability to partner with CEOs and Boards
• Demonstrated leadership in building human-centric, AI-enabled workplaces and leveraging modern workforce models
