Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr HR Functional Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions within the Human Resources domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with HR stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for HR systems
  • Analyze and optimize HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certification is a plus
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR systems analysis, HRIS administration, or business analysis within HR operations
  • Proficiency with major HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of employment laws and data privacy regulations related to HR technology
