Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Advisor (Generalist).

Key Responsibilities

• Guide recruitment efforts, manage job requisitions, and support hiring managers throughout the hiring process
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring effective use of HRIS and coordination with internal partners
• Support employee engagement initiatives and gather feedback to foster an inclusive work environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR with knowledge of best practices and compliance laws
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, and Payroll Technologies
• High level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to operate effectively in dynamic and ambiguous situations
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to simplify complex HR issues for non-HR team members
