Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HR Advisor (Generalist).
Key Responsibilities
- Guide recruitment efforts, manage job requisitions, and support hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring effective use of HRIS and coordination with internal partners
- Support employee engagement initiatives and gather feedback to foster an inclusive work environment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR with knowledge of best practices and compliance laws
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, and Payroll Technologies
- High level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to operate effectively in dynamic and ambiguous situations
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to simplify complex HR issues for non-HR team members
