Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Generalist (Compensation, Benefits & Compliance).

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer employee benefits programs and lead the annual benefits enrollment process
  • Support the annual compensation review cycle and conduct salary benchmarking
  • Manage compliance activities related to HR administration and maintain accurate HR documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including benefits administration and compliance activities
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Experience managing HRIS systems and ensuring data integrity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with modern HR tools and systems
